  I vacationed in Hawaii 2 months ago, visited Maui Island Creations, and bought a few souvenirs for the kids. The souvenirs were great but the lady at the front counter charged my card 4 times because the printer was out of paper. I told her that the transactions were going through but she kept doing it and said after that they would be canceled. As I thought, the transactions went through. I have been calling to contact the owners for a refund for the last 6 weeks, every time I get the same lady (who doesn't speak very good English) telling me to call back at [insert specified time] and every time I get this same lady again. The last few times she says she'll leave a note for them to call me but I haven't got a call yet. Maybe I'll get a call this time? I will remove my review once I get my refund for the duplicated charges.
